✔️ the TRANSACTION page where you would be able to track and manage all the planned and actual transactions.
This page allows you to:
🔹 add unplanned transactions to the planner
🔹 add “actual” transactions to the planned transactions
🔹 edit “planned” and “actual” transactions
🔹 delete transactions using the multi-selection feature
🔹 search for transactions by category or sub-category
The transactions are organised in a parent child structure to easily identify which “actual” (child) transaction/s belong to which “planned” parent transaction
✔️ the CALENDAR page which allows you to easily track and pay all Bills and Debt which are due. Thanks to the colour coding, you can identify which of the planned transactions (Bills, Debt) are Unpaid, Paid or Partially Paid
✔️ the MONTHLY DASHBOARD (in the Home page) to keep track of the amount budgeted, spent and left to spend. All this is tracked across all the Categories. All charts have interactive legend
The dashboard also includes a monthly chart which tracks spending, income and savings for each month in the selected Year Month date (e.g. 2023 May). The dashboard can be filtered using a dropdown menu which contains all planning dates available in a “YEAR MONTH” format
✔️ the ANNUAL DASHBOARD page which provides an Annual Overview with charts and tables of all 5 main categories splits by month. This also includes a Monthly Cashflow table which provides a monthly breakdown of the Income, Spendings and the Budget Left; it also gives the yearly total and average for each category. The dashboard can be filtered using a dropdown menu which contains all planning “YEARS” available
✔️ the CURRENCY setup page with 112 different currencies. If the currency you need is missing, no problem, we’ll add it for FREE
